Have You Heard?

7:00pmWEDNESDAY

7:00pmWEDNESDAY

So... new project to begin soon for your Mamaw.
WLXU LPFM 93.9 will be presenting a program I am calling "Have You Heard" with Helena Handbasket. I'll be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month on Wednesday nights at 7pm.
I'll be playing music across all genres and telling stories about either the songwriter, the artist, the underlying meaning behind the lyrics, or the significance of the song to myself or to you.
This is where you come in. If there is a song you would like for me to play, email that song title and artist to me along with why it has a significance to you. I will share your story on the show before I play the song. In the subject line put "Request for WLXU" and send those emails to HelenaHandbasketKY@gmail.com
I'm really excited about this. Growing up I either wanted to be a talk show host like Johnny Carson or a DJ. Soon I'll have this one checked off my bucket list. Now... who do I need to talk to in order to be a co-host with James Corden?
Love ya'll. Send those emails now.
